In a major boost for the Penrith Panthers, the club has confirmed the return of powerhouse forward James Fisher-Harris, who rejoins the team after a successful stint with the New Zealand Warriors.

Fisher-Harris, 28, made his name with the Panthers before spending a season at the Warriors, where he further developed his game and became a key figure in the team’s forward pack. His time at the Warriors has been described as a period of growth and improvement, with many noting his leadership and impact on the field.

Penrith fans will be excited to see Fisher-Harris back in the familiar blue and white, where his physicality and aggression have made him a fan favorite. His return comes at a pivotal time for the Panthers, who are looking to bolster their forward depth for the upcoming season.

“I’m excited to be coming back home,” Fisher-Harris said. “The Warriors gave me a great opportunity to grow as a player, but Penrith has always been where my heart is. I’m looking forward to contributing to the team’s success and playing in front of the fans who have always supported me.”

The Panthers are expected to benefit from Fisher-Harris’ experience and on-field presence as they continue to challenge for the top honors in the NRL. Fans are eager to see how the forward’s return will impact the club’s aspirations for the upcoming season.

Penrith coach Ivan Cleary also expressed his excitement over the return of Fisher-Harris, citing his leadership and experience as invaluable assets for the squad. “James brings a lot of energy and physicality to our pack. His return strengthens us in a big way, and we are looking forward to what he can bring to the team.”

As the NRL season approaches, the Panthers’ front row just got a whole lot stronger with the return of James Fisher-Harris.
