After weeks of speculation, I want to set the record straight — I’m not going anywhere.
Parramatta is home. The fans, the culture, and the club have backed me since day one, and now it’s my turn to return that loyalty. Despite interest from rival clubs — including a massive push from the Newcastle Knights — I’ve decided to commit my future to the Parramatta Eels.
The club has offered me a 10-year deal worth $13 million, and I’ve signed it.
There’s been plenty of noise. A few people thought I was out the door, especially with the options built into my previous deal. But deep down, I always knew where I wanted to be. The Eels have shown incredible faith in me, and I believe in the direction we’re heading.
I’m still only 25, and this deal means I’ll likely finish my NRL career in blue and gold. I’m proud of that.
Now it’s time to focus on the footy. Finals are in sight, and I’m more motivated than ever to bring a premiership back to Parramatta.
Let’s get to work.
