The Eels have reportedly locked down star winger Josh Addo-Carr following a resurgent season in 2025.
Addo-Carr’s career was in limbo last year when the Bulldogs sacked him for an off field indiscretion.
The Eels took a chance though and that decision paid off for both parties. Addo-Carr enjoyed a strong season, finishing with 19 tries and earning selection for the Kangaroos.
According to the SMH, Parramatta have rewarded Addo-Carr with an extension until the end of 2027, taking the winger off the free agency market.
The addition of Addo-Carr has been one of several gutsy personnal moves Eels coach Jason Ryles has made since taking over the top job in late 2023.
The 30-year-old came back this season fighting fit and as fast as he’s ever been.
He was fourth on the NRL tryscoring list in 2025, five behind winner Mark Nawaqanitawase.
