In a move that has stunned the rugby league world, the Brisbane Broncos have announced the signing of NRL legend Jonathan Thurston as an assistant coach for the 2025 season.
The former Cowboys superstar and Queensland Origin icon will join the Broncos’ coaching staff effective immediately, bringing his wealth of experience, leadership, and playmaking insight to the club’s already strong roster.
