The partnership renews the used car retailers’ involvement with the rugby league team. It will see Motorpoint advertising featured at the stadium, along with pre-match events and exciting giveaways and competitions throughout the season.
To kick-off the partnership, Castleford Tigers players Blake Taaffe and Tom Weaver along with commercial director, Craig Jeffels, visited Motorpoint Castleford to meet car buyers and present the store with a signed shirt.
Located close to Xscape in Glasshoughton, Motorpoint Castleford will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026, coinciding with Castleford Tigers celebrating their 100th season.
Discussing the partnership, Ben Hart, general sales manager at Motorpoint Castleford, said: “We’re really excited to be working with Castleford Tigers again this season.
“Building on our long-standing relationship with the club, we’re looking forward to heading down to the Onebore Stadium and having a real presence on match days. Beyond this, we’ll be working with the Tigers to support with broader community initiatives they have planned over the next 12 months.”
