Former Knights winger Sheridan Gallagher has officially inked a deal with the Canberra Raiders for next years NRLW season.
The cross-code star will join the green machine for the next two years after making her debut for Newcastle back in 2023.

The 23-year-old was the Knights leading try-scorer, notching 25 tries in her 32 NRLW games and was part of Newcastle’s 2023 Premiership win.
Gallagher was also named in the 2025 Dally M Team of the Year on the wing.
Gallagher is relatively new to the NRLW but is also a talented soccer player. She previously captained the Young Matildas at the FIFA Under 20 Women’s World Cup in 2022 and played for the Western Sydney Wanderers and most recently the Newcastle Jets in the A-League Women competition.
Her departure from the Knight is another blow for the club ahead of next year’s campaign, after the loss of Jesse Southwell to the Broncos.
