Collins went head-first to the turf in the second half and was helped off the field. Later, he was carted to the locker room.
The Houston Texans No. 1 receiver and one of the league’s best headed to the locker room in the fourth quarter. According to the Texans, he was being evaluated for a concussion and was questionable to return. They later changed that to being out.
Collins left the game after coming down head-first on the frozen turf in Pittsburgh. Â He was slow to get up and then was helped off the field.
Later in the fourth quarter, the TV broadcast showed him being carted to the locker room with a towel over his head.

Before he left the game, Collins had three catches for 21 yards.
For the season, Collins has 71 receptions for 1,117 yards and six touchdowns.
