NASCAR: Richard Childress Racing Confirms Multi-Year Contract Extension With Key Partner

Richard Childress Racing has confirmed a multi-year multi-car contract extension with Titan Risk Solutions from 2025 in both the Cup and Xfinity Series.

Titan Risk Solutions began its partnership with Richard Childress Racing earlier this year at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The debut featured Ty Dillon’s No. 33 Titan Risk Solutions Chevrolet in the Brickyard 400, however, the contract extension will also include Austin Dillon, Austin Hill, and Jesse Love.

Titan Risk Solutions president Tim Smith commented on the contract announcement in an official press release from the team:

“We’ve already seen the power of our partnership with Richard Childress Racing and have thoroughly enjoyed introducing Titan’s real-time platform of trucking solutions through our team partnership.

“We’re all looking forward to future success together both on and off the track in 2025 and beyond.”

Richard Childress Racing president Torrey Galida also commented:

“Titan Risk Solutions offers a dynamic platform of insurance, safety compliance, and driver training within the trucking industry.

“Their one-stop solution is a great fit for a number of our industry partners. We’re couldn’t be happier to continue working with Tim and everyone at Titan Risk Solutions, and to have the opportunity to help them achieve their business goals.”

This comes after Richard Childress Racing made several team changes. Richard Boswell is stepping in as the crew chief for Austin Dillon, Keith Rodden has been promoted to vice president of competition, and John Klausmeier has been brought on as technical director.

RCR founder Richard Childress commented on the team changes, as previously reported by Newsweek Sports:

“Keith Rodden has stepped up in the interim competition director role this past season and has shown an eagerness to help improve and fine-tune all aspects of RCR. That enthusiasm and loyalty earned him the title of vice president of competition. I know he will do a great job serving our competition executives.

“John Klausmeier and Richard Boswell have both been great winners in the garage and I know their experience and skills will contribute to RCR’s overall success.”

He added:

“I feel confident that all of our crew chiefs will do a great job leading their respective teams and we will give our partners, employees, and fans plenty to be excited about in 2025.”

Boswell also commented on his appointment as Austin Dillon’s crew chief:

“I have tremendous respect for Richard Childress, Austin Dillon, and all of the hardworking people at Richard Childress Racing, and I am honored to have the opportunity to help contribute to the on-track success of the legendary No. 3 Chevrolet.

“My dad used to race with Dale Earnhardt, so he was always a huge fan, and the No. 3 was the car we all grew up cheering for in my household, so this truly feels like a full-circle moment.”
