Queensland legend Daly Cherry-Evans will make his Sydney Roosters debut alongside fellow recruit Reece Robson in Saturday’s NRL Trials clash against the Parramatta Eels in Gosford.
The Roosters, who suffered a 42-26 loss to the Wests Tigers last week, have also been bolstered by the return of star trioJames Tedesco, Angus Crichton and Sam Walker.
The 36-year-old Cherry-Evans, who has played all of his 352 NRL games at Manly, will form a halves pairing alongside Sam Walker.
The game is scheduled to commence at Polytec Stadium at 6pm AEDT.
