Castleford Tigers have added further depth to their pack ahead of the 2026 Super League season, signing prop Jimmy Beckett.
The 26-year-old has previously featured for Keighley Cougars, Oldham and Dewsbury, and made 31 appearances for Featherstone Rovers in 2025, securing his status as one of the best forwards outside the top-flight.

He links up with Ryan Carr’s squad ahead of the upcoming season, with Castleford to take on Oldham this Sunday in a pre-season friendly.
“We’re delighted to bring Jimmy to Castleford Tigers,” said director of rugby Chris Chester. “Jimmy had a great year at Featherstone Rovers last year and he’s a player that both myself and Ryan think will really kick on here.
“He is only 26-years-old and has plenty of years ahead of him – and under Ryan’s guidance, we’re hoping he really kicks on and makes himself a Super League regular at Castleford.
