Castleford Tigers’ full squad numbers for the 2026 season have been confirmed. The Tigers have recruited heavily ahead of new head coach Ryan Carr’s first season in charge, and that is shown in the numbers.
Just four players – Zac Cini (3), Daejarn Asi (6), George Lawler (10) and Alex Mellor (12) – retain their numbers from the original 17 handed out last season.
In total, eight new signings have received starting numbers ahead of the new year. They are Blake Taaffe (1), Semi Valemei (2), Darnel McIntosh (4), Mikaela Ravalawa (5), Tom Weaver (7), Renouf Atoni (8), Liam Hood (9), and Jordan Lane (11).
Another new signing, Aiden Dooley, has been handed the number 20 shirt while young gun Fletcher Rooney takes 18 and Brad Singleton 19.
A total of 28 numbers have been handed out. The number 23 shirt has been left vacant.
