Following a successful 2025 season that saw all five of our Pathways teams reach the final – and our Tarsha Gale and Lisa Fiaola Cup sides crowned champions – the Eels are looking to build on that momentum for the year ahead.

Parramatta Eels Head of Pathways, James Shepherd, expressed his confidence in the coaches leading into the 2026 season.

“These roles are crucial to the future of the club, and we’re looking forward to another big year of hard work, growth, and performance across all our Pathways programs,” added Shepherd.
