The Brisbane Broncos have been hit with a major setback, with veteran halfback Adam Reynolds ruled out for the remainder of the 2025 season and the entire 2026 campaign due to a serious biceps injury.
Reynolds, 35, has been a crucial leader for the Broncos in recent years, guiding the team with his experience and composure. His absence will leave a significant gap in the side’s spine at a critical time in the club’s development.
The injury occurred earlier this season, and after further scans, the decision was made that the veteran playmaker would not return to the field until at least 2027. The recovery and rehabilitation process will be lengthy, and given Reynolds’ age, questions are now being raised about whether he will return at all.
