Less than a full season into what was promised to be a transformative period for the iconic NRL club, key choices in recruitment, player rotation, and strategic direction have raised eyebrows. The Broncos, who entered 2025 with optimism and a retooled roster, now find themselves battling inconsistency on and off the field.
Sources close to the club have pointed to a growing “identity crisis” in the squad. Some younger stars have struggled to find rhythm, while veterans brought in to stabilize the team have failed to make the desired impact.
